A controlled process

From a document pack
to a clear position.

A quick turnaround does not mean a superficial review. The process is structured to compare what you quoted with what the main contractor is asking you to accept.

01

Submit the request

Tell us about the project and securely upload the subcontract pack, quotation and supporting documents.

02

Initial scope check

We check that the pack is complete and confirm whether the assignment falls within the standard fixed-price review.

03

Invoice and booking

We issue the £695 plus VAT invoice. The review is booked once the complete pack and cleared payment are confirmed.

04

Commercial review

We compare the order, incorporated documents and your quotation, then build the issue register and executive summary.

05

Report and consultation

You receive the report and can book the included 45-minute call to prioritise the risks and agree the strategy.

06

Choose the next step

Respond directly using the report or ask us to scope negotiation, mobilisation or ongoing commercial support.

The outcome

You finish with three things.

Clarity

You understand the actual commercial position—not the deal you assumed had been agreed.

Priority

You know which points matter most and which standard provisions can be managed operationally.

Strategy

You have a practical route to negotiate, qualify or control the risk if the wording remains.

Your documents are uploaded securely with the request.

Submitting the form does not confirm the booking. We first check the pack and scope; the delivery period starts only after the complete documents and cleared payment are confirmed.

Start with clarity

Know the position before the risk becomes yours.

Start with a director-led subcontract review and a clear commercial strategy.
